New York New Media Group Cements Place in Business Firmament

. . .Among [the New York New Media Association's] success stories: AdOne, the Internet classified network; Yoyodyne, the Web ad promotion company; and content providers iVillage, Interactice Imaginations', and Total New York. The next challenge: giving member companies broader exposure and further tying the associate into the business fabric of New York. [Executive director Lori Schwab] will show the flag at Comdex this week and pans a February trip to a Cannes, France, trade show -- partially underwritten by New York State -- to showcase rising companies such as Hyperspace Cowgirls, an educational CD-ROM developer attempting to remake itself over the Web . . .
